Here’s a tip that everyone can use. Have you ever had an issue navigating into a group of folders and noticed that the filenames were too long to be displayed in the column. You can find that sweet spot on the column and drag the column to resize it, or you can right-click on the toolbar (right where it says Name) and click resize column to fit.
A quicker way to do this, however, is just to use the keyboard shortcut CTRL – +. Just hold down the CTRL key and tap the + key on the numeric keypad. The columns will instantly resize to show the entire file or folder name.
